Return Policy
-All purchases can be returned within 30 days after you have received the last package of your order.

-Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging, and all the items in the package must be intact. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.

-Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

-You are responsible for your own return shipping costs.


How to Make Your Return
①Step1: Reach out to us via service@tokyo-assassin.com

②Step2: After we approve the return, please send an email within 3 business days including the return tracking number, return logistics provider, product SKU, photos of each item in the returned package, and the reason for the return.

 

Note: Item(s) must NOT be returned to the address on the package you received. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.


Refund: Once our warehouse officially receives your returned package and verifies that everything is in order, we will process your full refund within 2 business days. We'll email you once we have processed your refund.


Kind reminder: Return packages should be authorized. Any return request not authorized by the customer service will not be honored.


Order cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
